Terms & conditions
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Sanjivani for your use of the TenderDocs application (the “service”). By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
TenderDocs helps you organise tenders, keep a library of reusable documents and work with PDF files — merging, splitting, compressing, extracting pages and making scans searchable. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account.
- Please give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us promptly at info@sanjivanimt.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload or process any file you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or containing malware;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the underlying servers;
- disrupt the service or circumvent its limits, including any file-size or page limits.
4. Your content
The documents and data you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process those files so we can provide the features you ask for. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.
5. Our rights
The TenderDocs application, its design and its underlying software belong to Sanjivani and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the service to you.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
7. “As is”, no warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for checking that any output (for example a compiled packet or an OCR result) meets your needs before you rely on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sanjivani will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used in a way that risks harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, in the Indian State of Bihar will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
