Cookie policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. TenderDocs uses only the few cookies it needs to work — there are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
tenderdocs.auth |
Keeps you signed in after you log in, so you don’t have to enter your password on every page. Expires after about two weeks of inactivity. | Strictly necessary |
| Anti-forgery token | A security cookie set by the application to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. | Strictly necessary |
Similar local storage
The PDF tools remember your preferred thumbnail size using your browser’s local storage (not a cookie). This stays on your device, is used only to restore that setting, and is never sent to any third party. Signed-in users also have this preference saved to their account.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that the cookies above are strictly necessary: if you block them, you will not be able to sign in or use the service. Because we do not use analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing else to opt out of.
Changes
If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
